I thought the finish of the car wasn’t as good as it could have been There were chalk marks scribbled on which hadn’t been cleaned off Other than that it was fine

Daniel was exceptional. No pressure to buy and his knowledge of the car was impressive he answered all my queries and nothing was too much trouble he was very patient. He also kept me informed and apologised for delay in handing over the vehicle.

I met Lorraine the manager who was so friendly and helpful and my salesperson James Berry I can’t praise him enough I would say he has been the most helpful and professional whilst still being friendly and welcoming salesperson that I have ever met.If James said he would call or e mail he did if James he would do something he did. Exceptional customer service and experience

I bought my mini from Crewe Mini 'on line' - the service I received from Kevin Carmichael was exceptional with the right balance of providing information in a professional and friendly manner and at all times I felt that I was receiving an excellent service. I am really pleased with my mini and it was exactly as described and shown on the video which he sent which is so important when buying without seeing. A very happy customer and Kevin should be commended. Thank you.

Fantastic all round experience. Very patient and not pushy. Dan was excellent all the way through the process. Very helpful and extremely trustworthy. A refreshing change I just had to buy the car. Yvonne also superb. Top class service from a knowledgeable team. 100% recommended. Don’t think we’ll buy a car from anywhere else after this experience.. thank you 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
