Fantastic all round experience. Very patient and not pushy. Dan was excellent all the way through the process. Very helpful and extremely trustworthy. A refreshing change I just had to buy the car. I did have a rocky start but to be honest mini crewe pulled out all the stops to get this car to meI would like to thank James for taking the time to get it all boxed off.The driver who delivered my car was very friendlyI love my new mini Thankyou lookers my birthday will be extra special now x

I cannot praise the dealership at Crewe Mini enough. My son dealt with the initial enquiry as I was away and both throughout that time and later when I completed the sale, Kevin Carmichael was extremely helpful and professional and I was very pleased with the service I received from him.The car itself was exactly as described and I am so happy with it. Sales people are often either too pushy or don’t get back to you but Kevin handled the sale so well! Highly recommend Crewe Mini and so pleased with the ease of the purchase and overall customer service pre and post sale. Thank you
