A big shout out to Will who looked after me. I initially ordered a car with a smaller engine but cancelled the order as I realised I wouldn’t be happy with a smaller engine. Will understood this and helped me purchase my new car. He understood and made the purchase as easy as possible and when picking up the car he was patient and didn’t make me feel line he had another appointment like others have in the past. He’s an advocate for the business and you should be proud of him

Daniel took a lot of time to try and find a finance option suitable for me, however it’s not in my price range at the moment but we have arranged another time to meet so we can go through options again. He was incredibly patient throughout and a lovely person to speak to. He was great with my 2 year old who was getting a bit bored and the manager yvonne i think? Took her off to get some biscuits.Absolutely incredible customer service from the both of these people, and would recommend anybody to go there. It’s not often i feel comfortable taking a small child out with me and have her wait whilst we go through some things for a lengthy amount of time but Daniel and Yvonne made the whole experience so much easier!

Dan (our salesman) was more than helpful. He spent time with us to explain everything that we needed to know about the Mini and the options for purchasing.
