The service I received from Will in sales at Bluebell Mini in Crewe was exceptional. He was very patient & understanding of our needs at what was a difficult time due to our family bereavement. Excellent & a significant factor in our decision to buy!

My daughter and I entered the Crewe Showroom and were immediately greeted by Will Cooke. Very polite and we were asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and suggested we have a browse, which we did. We then had a look around the various types of Mini and again Will was most helpful. He did not apply any pressure but just was so pleasant and helpful. We were very impressed. Follow up was done efficiently and I was very impressed.

A really nice atmosphere at Crewe, Josh was really good, patient and professional. The whole team joined in the search for my Mini and I got the perfect Mini. Would recommend to all my friends.

Will is certainly a big asset to your team. I’d dealt 4 years ago with lookers Mercedes’ in Stoke, which was the worst experience of my life. By a man who clearly couldn’t deal with women, talked down to me and didn’t listen to my needs in a car. Hence I went else where to purchase my Mercedes. But this was a whole new experience with Will, it fabulous with the way he sold us the car. Enthusiasm in helping me customise it, listened to my needs as to what I wanted and followed up any queries I asked. Certainly needs to be retained by you. Very knowledgeable about mini, which you can see he loves. Plus he left some gadgets as little surprises, like the mini reflect on the floor which was a great surprise when I went to work the next day at 06.30 to see the mini light on the floor 🥰 It was also nice both Will and his manager came to do the big reveal and thanked both myself and my husband for our business. I’m a week in and loving my new car Thank you

I just want to say thank you to Lookers Mini Crewe. This deal was slightly more complicated and posed many challenges and Lookers Mini Crewe did everything in their power to support me in getting my car as soon as possible. The distance was far between myself and the dealership and despite their being issues with delivery drivers going off sick with covid and other barriers to the delivery, they did everything in their power to make the delivery and transactions smooth running for me so that I had my car as soon as possible. I would have liked to be told that they were driving my car down rather than having it on a truck but I am not so bothered now about it having received the car. I know it felt like a longer wait to me but it could have been longer thanks to the staff and their communications and accommodating attitudes. Thanks to Lookers Mini Crewe, I now have my dream car which happens to be a gorgeous and reliable car!

It was a really busy Friday morning when I dropped my car off for its service. However, everything was incredibly well organised and the drop off went very smoothly. This could have been due to each customer being allocated a specific person to look after each customer. Great service, well done Lydia.
