Will is certainly a big asset to your team.I’d dealt 4 years ago with lookers Mercedes’ in Stoke, which was the worst experience of my life. By a man who clearly couldn’t deal with women, talked down to me and didn’t listen to my needs in a car. Hence I went else where to purchase my Mercedes.But this was a whole new experience with Will, it fabulous with the way he sold us the car. Enthusiasm in helping me customise it, listened to my needs as to what I wanted and followed up any queries I asked. Certainly needs to be retained by you. Very knowledgeable about mini, which you can see he loves. Plus he left some gadgets as little surprises, like the mini reflect on the floor which was a great surprise when I went to work the next day at 06.30 to see the mini light on the floor 🥰It was also nice both Will and his manager came to do the big reveal and thanked both myself and my husband for our business. I’m a week in and loving my new car Thank you
