As we had not purchased a new car in UK for over17 years the management and staff were extremely helpful with everything we inquired about. The actual purchasing of our vehicle was made very simple although the electronic paperwork was too much.

When I went to collect my car on a Saturday morning (as arranged) I was kept waiting over 35 minutes while the only member of staff on the Service desk dealt with a knotty problem. I would still be waiting now had I not intervened and demanded to know what was going on. Whilst all staff were very charming, no-one could help the Service guy; this is really no way to run a business. You should re-examine your staffing arrangements on Saturdays.
