Lydia was great, a perfect balance of professional and friendly, she is clearly very knowledgeable about Minis and even tho I had to wait longer than expected I didn't mind, I never knew having an MOT could be so enjoyable!

Apologies I didn’t take the ladies name when I dropped my car of. She was amazing, so courteous, kind and helpful. Thank you so much. I forgot to bring in my driving license in order to have a courtesy car whilst my car was in for a service.
