Josh was a superstar…….very helpful and the overall process was seamless.

The handover from the original sales guy who fell sick to the guy who took over went smoothly. Due to the war in Ukraine there were understandable delays in delivery. The team kept me informed of progress when this was known to them. I was at pains not to hassle them for things beyond their control and this was acknowledged by the team.

It was a little unclear in the text message if the service was going to be at the mini garage or the BMW garage. It would be helpful to state this clearly. Customer service sooooooo much better than my last visit! Well done on the improvements.

The actual price of the service when the car was brought in and the key fob was checked was nearly £200 more than I had been quoted for when I phoned to book it in which was a bit of a shock for me. I was told you don’t know the actual price until the key fob is checked which makes it hard to budget for. I was then later sent an email/text informing me 2 tyres were on amber and did I want them to proceed with having these changed - cost was £150 per tyre. I pressed the disregard key. However on the video I was sent I was informed the tyres were in the green. and didn’t need replacements. I had to phone the service dept to get this clarified. Also I was informed my car would be vacuumed as part of the service but this wasn’t done. When I pointed this out to at the showroom when I collected my car this was then done for me.
