Excellent service 10/10

The delivery of the information on Gap, Tyres,Finance,Maintenance etc etc was done like a robot …..I did not want any of them but was told I had to sit there for 30+min’s listening to them and had to say NO afterwards,very very frustrating.Plus, having talked about settling in an agreement only to be told that the agreement was non binding…..fire vales for six months could not be guaranteed nor could the interest rate on finance …..all of it was a waste of time . The only way to secure the outcome was to purchase cash and in full that day.I eventually purchased the car intended for the Sales Director, it was all a very frustrating experience .

Lydia was great, a perfect balance of professional and friendly, she is clearly very knowledgeable about Minis and even tho I had to wait longer than expected I didn't mind, I never knew having an MOT could be so enjoyable!
