It was a little unclear in the text message if the service was going to be at the mini garage or the BMW garage. It would be helpful to state this clearly.Customer service sooooooo much better than my last visit! Well done on the improvements.

The actual price of the service when the car was brought in and the key fob was checked was nearly £200 more than I had been quoted for when I phoned to book it in which was a bit of a shock for me. I was told you don’t know the actual price until the key fob is checked which makes it hard to budget for. I was then later sent an email/text informing me 2 tyres were on amber and did I want them to proceed with having these changed - cost was £150 per tyre. I pressed the disregard key. However on the video I was sent I was informed the tyres were in the green. and didn’t need replacements. I had to phone the service dept to get this clarified. Also I was informed my car would be vacuumed as part of the service but this wasn’t done. When I pointed this out to at the showroom when I collected my car this was then done for me.

Daniel was great, it was just a big disappointment that someone entered the wrong transmission on the vehicle we had reserved.

The emergency mini contact was fantastic, as was the person who came out. I’m very grateful that they sorted the issue out as when I first called lookers they couldn’t get me in for nearly a month. Thankfully they also recommended I ring mini emergency number.
