When ordering the mini staff were very helpful. James went through all the options clearly without any pressure. Due to unforeseen circumstances there has been a delay since ordering and the delivery date extended however James was honest and confirmed the delays. James and the team knew the implications of the ongoing issues and were thoughtful when an order was not collected by another purchaser to contact me due to the similarities in the car to confirm if I was interested in purchasing the slight alternative. Receiving the news that we could get the mini earlier with very similar specification was great and much appreciated. Service to complete the sale was quick, easy and efficient, all staff were friendly when visiting the showroom and it was nice that the manager of Crewe Mini was there and introduced herself on completion of the sale. I love my new mini! Thank you to everyone who made delivery possible especially James.

I really can not fault the service I have always received from MINI Crewe. This is the third Mimi I have had and have gone to them each time I’ve needed a service, MOT, or tyres. For anyone looking to use MINI Crewe… do it!

This is my second Mini purchase in three and a half years, my recent experience has been very different from my previous one. This time the salesman that initially dealt with my order left the dealership and I did feel that there was a period of time when I heard nothing but then I had a call from James at Bluebell Crewe and he updated me on my order and kept in touch, although it’s been quite a wait since I placed my order he explained the situation fully and I was grateful for the communication. I collected my car last Friday, all very professional and efficient, James has since followed up with an email to make sure all is well which it is, I’m extremely pleased with my new Mini.
