My reminder email said that BMW Mini were looking forward to the arranged service which confused me as I thought I was taking car to BMW main dealer. Following several calls, one response to drive to both Iwas told to go to main BMW dealer on corner of Fourth Avenue. Unnecessary confusion.

Service levels this visit were superb with Matthew Rae dealing with me… he organised an earlier drop off time when plans changed overnight before the service date.Service levels at this dealership before have been awful so well done Mathew for raising the standards significantly .

On the video there are prices for the recommended work and the opportunity to accept the costs / give the OK to proceed. I viewed my video before I realised I had a missed call fromt eh dealership. In that time, I had sought alternative place to have my brake pads replaced as the price shown, as it turns out, is also including the discs. You lost out on my custom. And whilst I appreciate that the call from the service desk was to explain the cost, it really made me panic. There is sometimes a need to be open and transparent and where money is involved, and I think you have missed a trick here.

Will Cooke the sales person at the Crewe branch was great, he arranged test drives for 4 different vehiclesHe was very helpful and friendly 👍🏻The Countryman was just a bit boring and ugly, although I did like the Mini Cooper S, I was ready for a change after having owned 2 over the last 17 yrs
