Had a great experience, staff were lovely and I thought the engineers video was a great touch.

Why 4 * for recommendation and not 5 *. Dropped one star, because we have to go to BMW for the service reception and not the Mini dealer. Mini Owners want to be at the Mini showroom not the BMW showroom, so they can look at the Mini’s, soak up the Mini experience, keep in touch with Mini dealership staff and perhaps plan their next Mini purchase. Ironically whilst customer has to go to BMW the car itself is then driven by staff to Mini for the service. A minor thing, not effecting the service itself but more something that effects the overall customer experience and for the Mini dealer diminishes the opportunities to build customer relationship with the Mini customer.
