Very professional service with great communication. Only improvement would be that it took too long to get the car, I was in the dealership for 2 hours and I felt some more knowledge was needed on the functionality of the electric mini.

Despite the errors during the initial booking process at the call centre, where I requested for a waiting apointment & for my car to be prioritised first due to no other transport options and no courtesy car availability, to be informed upon arrival that my vehicle would not be ready for collection until 5pm was not appreciated or acceptable. Fortunately, the helpful gentleman who checked my car in on the day, went above & beyond to resolve the issue & arranged transportation to & from the garage for me due to the inconvenience. All staff in the showroom were welcoming & helpful.

Sales service excellent, James very good. I trust any further communication - possible questions, niggles, warranty work (hopefully not needed!) - will be as good. Usually where car dealers' interest ebbs

Had a great experience, staff were lovely and I thought the engineers video was a great touch.

Why 4 * for recommendation and not 5 *.Dropped one star, because we have to go to BMW for the service reception and not the Mini dealer. Mini Owners want to be at the Mini showroom not the BMW showroom, so they can look at the Mini’s, soak up the Mini experience, keep in touch with Mini dealership staff and perhaps plan their next Mini purchase.Ironically whilst customer has to go to BMW the car itself is then driven by staff to Mini for the service. A minor thing, not effecting the service itself but more something that effects the overall customer experience and for the Mini dealer diminishes the opportunities to build customer relationship with the Mini customer.
