I was changing my car due to a recent bereavement the staff were very sympathetic and did not rush me and they went over all details as required by me Will the young man who was training was very understanding of my situation I am sure he will be an asset to the already very nice friendly team

I was unable to book my MOT online even after asking for a callback. I rand the dealership direct to book in the end

Nothing too much trouble. I enquired about a particular issue after it was done and they took it back to service and double checked it. No problem was found and advice given on what to look for in the future.

It wasn’t clearly explained in any of the prior calls by 2 individuals I was aware to go to the bmw and not the mini garage. Also after spending over £350 I was surprised the car wasn’t valeted prior to return - 1st time this ever happened to me using a main dealer in 10 years!
