Dealership and staff brilliant but the phone system is not fit for purpose. I was on the phone for a while before I got through to someone. However, I was calling my local dealership/mini service back after they had left me a message, so the person at the call centre couldn't help me. They kindly indicated which numbers I needed to get through to my local service centre so that I could book my car in after waiting for a part which was on back order and took over 2 months to arrive. After I dropped my car off, I got a call requesting to keep the car in overnight because a part would not be arriving until the next day. This was disappointing as I had already waited over 2 months to fix my air conditioning under warranty and was not offered a courtesy car.

Overall an excellent service. I would have given 5 stars for all however (and I appreciate that this is due to Covid restrictions) the fact that I could not wait at the dealership or have use of a courtesy car reduced my score.

All was fine , but I am still waiting on a bank transfer for £155
