Yvonne was absolutely outstanding. We had one or two issues at the start of the process, but these were quickly resolved and when the country went back into national lockdown Yvonne continued the process with us and could not have been more helpful and responsive. When we come to change cars in 4 years time I sincerely hope that Yvonne is still there to support us again.
