As a rule I don't like the experience of buying a car from a main agent as I feel intimidated however the people at Bluebell couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful! James was a extremely easy to speak to and I would certainly deal with him again!

There was a problem to do the MOT as the machine to test the emissions was not working. I didn't find this out until I arrived. Fortunately I had a friend staying with me so being without a car wasn't a problem. Missed the car wash and valet though which couldn't be done owing to Covid restrictions .

I took my Mini in for its first service on a Monday morning, which also included a software update. Whilst the service was completed as per normal, the software update didn't go according to plan. At the end of the day, I was contacted to say that the update halted whilst processing a control unit and a new one would be needed. This was ordered for the following day. The same happened on the following day. On the third day I contacted the dealership for an update, only to be told that it failed yet again, with a problem processing the control units on the headlights. This was to be ordered for the following day. On the fourth day, I was contacted to say that the update had finally been a success, but now a satnav code had to be requested and this would applied on day five. As compensation for the delay in having my Mini returned, I was informed that as a gesture of goodwill that my service charge would be waived, which was very kind. There was also a Mini travel mug left on the passenger seat. This was a nice touch and very much appreciated. My wife and I are each driving our second Mini's and gestures like this, endears us to the Mini brand and hopefully will lead us to more Mini's in the future

Fantastic customer service from Adam. After an incident on my previous service I was reluctant to go back to the BMW service department, but Adam assured me he would look after my car and ensure it wouldn’t get damaged again.
