This is my 4th mini from Bluebell I have same dealt with the same salesman Josh Dony each time , his customer service and vehicle knowledge are excellent. He goes the extra mile to make the whole experience stress free and the end result always meets or exceeds expectations

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly and ensured that I was comfortable during the time waiting for MoT and other servicing for my Mini Cooper S to be accomplished. the results of which were clearly explained. Finally, as it was pouring with rain, my car was brought to the door. I was really impressed by the whole experience.

Lydia and Phil were both very helpful. This time at least the waiting area was nice and warm. I also had a lovely cup of tea. Last year (at the MINI site) it was very cold and there were no refreshments. So after two or more hours I was very cold.
