Josh Dony was amazing!!! He helped and educated me through every step of the process, as it was my first time buying a new car. He helped me pick the best financial plan for me and made sure I understood the information he was giving me. From feeling fearful of dealerships and scared to have a car on finance, Josh made me feel comfortable and at ease. Josh had the ability to make me feel like a valued customer, even though I was new to buying a Mini. Josh is truly an asset to your team. Every part of his customer service was world class!! The experience, once the car was booked in, was fantastic. Booking the car in was more difficult; I had my telephone on ring back but no one phoned me back. I had to ring on two more occasions to be able to book the appointment. No waiting appts available for MOTs and no waiting room. BMW still not washing/cleaning the car following appt. Need to get back to normal now, Covid is here to stay.
