I have no complaints about the dealership, Lydia was fantastic and it was through her hard work that she managed to get a satisfactory result with BMW/Mini. As for BMW/Mini I was extremely disappointed with their response. The part that was faulty had only been replaced less than a year before and had done less than 2000 miles. As they replaced the part on good will initially they were not prepared to do it again and wanted us to pay for a second time to identify the fault and for the labour. I don’t see how they can describe their actions as good will when it would have cost me more and a lot more inconvenience if I had had to pay for the labour with no guarantee on the part again. I might as well have paid for everything first time and had a 2 year warranty. The fact that we had a TLC pack, pay for ongoing services and have breakdown on a car that was bought from a Mini dealership and after 5 years has still not done 13000 miles left us feeling more than a little annoyed and frustrated. Thankfully because of Lydia’s hard work she managed to get the part and labour paid for. Still somewhat annoying that some manufacturers cover their parts for 7 years and other now offer manufacturers warranty if the car is serviced with them for 12 months. I think BMW/Mini need to look at themselves. If it weren’t for the staff at the service department for BlueBell I wouldn’t even consider another BMW/Mini in the future.

Dealership was brilliant but constant corporate emails from mini about my service schedule contradicted the information from the car so was confusing.

Adam Robbins was great - he knew all the technical stuff, was really helpful and friendly - 10/10 for his customer service skills. If there's an employee of the month, he'd be up for it in my opinion.
