Service was great but BMW need a waiting area now for clients to sit in whilst waiting for their cars. I appreciate that we have all had covid restrictions but we need to get back to a more “normal”. I work for the NHS, I’ve worked all the way through the pandemic. Patients are now allowed to sit in our waiting areas (socially distanced of course). Thanks Jo

The works were done as part of a warranty goodwill however it did take some 6 weeks (after initial visit to garage) to get this approved and finalised after me having to press for it to be reviewed (as it originally came back as me having to pay for the majority of the works; I pointed this out as being very unfair. Nobody could go out prior to April for non emergencies due to lockdown. I also have a weak immune system and was having to isolate until I had my jabs so it wasn't physically possible to get my vehicle to you until April despite the issue arising at the beginning of the year prior to the warranty expiring. My car at that point had also done less than 10,000 miles so is in super condition apart from the stripes lasting poorly. I look after my car and gently wash it myself, having never taken it to a car wash, so I knew the issue was down to the product and application itself). Fortunately, Lydia was very helpful and pushed this through for me and a positive result was concluded. Very happy with Lydia's help and assistance. Your stripes man, Sean, is also a credit to you - he's done a marvellous job! Thank you.
