The sales person was very good, without being pushy. Gave me all information that I needed. Didn't spend ages valuing my car or arguing the deal, which an other main dealer had done. Only thing that let's it down would be the valeting. Although tidy, the car wasn't what I would call fully valeted. Under the bonnet hadn't been touched, still had leaves there from previous owner. Not very good considering the present situation. Having said that I would recommend to others.
