Couldnt reccomend James from sales enough. This was my first time buying a car so was unsure how it went, he explained everything so well and put me at ease. The car arrived in immaculate condition and was everything i hoped for.

Overall a really great experience. James was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and welcome from the get go. There was no pushy sales and instead just very friendly helpful service. I would highly recommend mini lookers Crewe to any of my friends and especially recommend James.

I would like to personally thank Mathew ad Louise who provided updates whilst my vehicle was in for full yearly service plus MoT. There had been a communication confusion about my booking, but Mathew (especially) worked to support me so that my car was tested and approved as roadworthy. I felt the customer service provided was excellent.

The staff were great, but we were disappointed with the specs on the hybrid mini which seemed overpriced when compared with the alternatives. So despite the excellent service, we have ruled out buying a mini.
