Cust paid £250 and had been told by branch that HQ would have to refund as they had processed it on line.

Sent two emails about a part exchange for my present car, no one got back to me? Wasn't impressed at all we've gone off the boil now?

I submitted a complaint, and I was phoned yesterday and missed the call. However, I would like all correspondence in writing please, so I have a trail of what has been said. I think it was Tom who phoned me back yesterday, so can you ask him to email me pleae. Thanks

I bought A Citreon C4 Grand Picasso from you on 5 February 2024. I paid £5599.I now find the goods have the following fault:My clutch has recently gone, and while the work was being carried out they found Subframe Support Beam was severely corroded. The garage said due to how bad this was, it is possible that there was an issue with it when the car was purchased. They have also found water in the rear footwell. When I looked at the car, I also found water in the footwell, and I was told that it was because the car had been washed with the door open. I have not looked in the footwell since, but the fact there is water there again, suggests that I was lied to and that there was an issue with the car when I pur-chased it.I also had an issue that I picked up quite quickly, that I thought was going to be easy to fix, but it lasted quite a while and was only fixed in July 2025. I wish I had brought the car back straight away, as it is causing more hassel than it is worth now.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be of satisfactory quali-ty. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a partial refund of £560 to cover the cost of the subframe being replaced.I did purchase a warranty with it, and was told it would cover everything, but they have rejected this claim as wear and tear and corrosion not being a condition of the policy. In support of my claim I have enclosed: Photos of the Subframe Support Beam. Please respond within 14 days of receiving this contact.

Your sales team were very good they listened to what i had to say and they explained all options

For clarity I should point out that this is a second complaint I am submitting in relation to my purchase of an used car from you, Sandero DA23 SXW, and it is regarding a separate issue. As there was a spare wheel well in the car we asked if we could buy a spare wheel to go with it, as we holiday in remote areas, and we would not be happy with a car without one. We were told that would be fine. My assumption was that it would be a standard sized wheel and it would be installed in the car for us. When I got the car home I discovered a space-saver spare wheel and accessories lying in the boot. I decided I had to make the best of it and I would need to install the wheel myself. I have discovered two problems with this, both related to the fact that the wheel is narrower than a standard wheel. Firstly the securing nut does not tighten sufficiently to secure the wheel. Secondly because the wheel does not fill the well, the boot floor dips into the well when any weight is put on it.I feel therefore I have not been provided with a product which meets the needs of the situation and would request that the situation be rectified. Many thanks
