Harvey Appleby was fantastic through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in very clear terms. He answered all my questions very well and when I had to email him he got back to me almost immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to buy a new car.

I experienced a knocking g noise a few days after service I was going away on a trip and called lookers at 8.15 on Saturday . Siobhan answered the call and said that I should bring the vehicle in. When I arrived she dealt with my problem very efficiently. One of the mechanics took my vehicle and found a loose nut. He fixed the problem and I left. I was very impressed by the way my problem was dealt with and the priority given to me. Top marks to Siobhan and the mechanic (sorry I do not recall his name)
