Long delay on delivery but understand that this was partly due to COVID-19, chip shortage and delivery driver shortage. No-ones fault.

John was very friendly and not at all pushy

My car has had to be booked in again as parts had to be ordered. Friendly staff. I had to ring Lookers to ask if my car was ready at 4pm, it had been in since 8.15. Bit frustrating to then find it had to go in again after it being in for 8 hrs. The car was booked in as electric windows weren't working so didn't understand why the parts hadn't been ordered. Looking on the Internet it seems to be a common problem with the Stepway. Very happy overall with my Stepway

There were technical issues with digitally signing the paperwork, which was hugely frustrating, but staff were incredibly helpful in sorting a very difficult situation. Both Harvey, and Brett who took over after Harvey's accident, were exemplary in their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. They didn't overly push products, I did not feel pressured or "hard sold" to in any way. They were supportive, listened to my needs and did everything they could to accommodate me. Following Harvey's accident, Brett was communicative, helpful and flexible - he did an outstanding job under very challenging circumstances. I hope Harvey makes a swift recovery, and that praise is passed to both gentlemen. I will certainly recommend Lookers Chester to my friends, and we will be back when it is time to upgrade my partner's car.
