I needed an automatic car but was only offered a new car. I was advised to go on the website for other showrooms. I felt this was poor service as I had bought a 2nd hand and a new car previously and felt my loyalty deserved help. I have worked through out lockdown as a home carer and my left side has suffered with driving a manual car. I cannot afford a new car but felt I had no choice.

The member of staff who dealt with our purchase, Neil Morris, was excellent. He gave us all the information/ options we needed without any pressure to buy. We were very pleased with our experience and are very happy with our purchase

Niel was very helpful and would look for him if I were to buy from you again, on the down side the car was supposed to be fully serviced and it had not been touched and could of been valeted better

Darren Davies was excellent. He kept me updated throughout and made the process run smoothly from start to finish. He said he would give me a follow up call in a few days to check I am happy with the vehicle. My wife has also ordered her new vehicle, through Darren for a September collection. I especially liked the new Business Manager, Peter introducing himself to me and saying that if Darren was unavailable at any time, he would be happy to help. A great new introduction.
