The car could of been cleaned better! Dirt on the front mats off someone's dirty boots! and the outside of the car wasn't cleaned properly? Plus when the car was ready to drive away it was parked so tight between 2 parked cars the owner couldn't get inside! So a smaller person had to squeeze inside gently? Just someone needs to have common sense on how they park??

oily hand marks inside the car, and a smell similar to cigarette smoke inside as we dont smoke it was very noticeable . every thing else was spot on .

Excellent efficient polite service as always

1st impressions of showroom cleanliness was excellent and we felt comfortable inside the building. Kash was very informative throughout our visit and very thorough and he was available if we had a query etc. I found the experience very good and would recommend to others. So far so good thank you.

Excellent customer service. Darren was always available to help. We had problems uploading picture of licence so Darren said to pop in and he will do it all for us.. fantastic

Although I had a long delay waiting for a customer service person., I was asked if anything could be done to improve the service experience? The staff were extremely apologetic, when they realised. Later that day, when I returned home, a large bouquet of flowers was delivered, with an apology. Thank you for that.
