After the initial mix up of appointments upon my first visit to the store and having to wait for quite some length of time I am very pleased to say that Matthew the sales executive dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner , nothing as been to much trouble for him . Matthew made me feel welcome , complimentary drinks were offered, follow up calls and emails were also sent and he explained everything step by step. Furthermore upon collecting the vehicle I also met the sales manager and another sales executive who again were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting too. I would like to note that previous to my visit I had visited other dealerships and did not receive this level of customer service from any of them so would highly recommend Dacia of Chester .
