Re. Question #6 I would not have had time to return the vehicle if I had need to! It is difficult for us to deliver the vehicle to you (then being dependant on public transport) and your pick-up/drop-off service is first class - as are the drivers.

I must give much deserved high praise to Sarah Gauthier at the Benfield Road branch for her help in resolving an issue found with my car during its latest service.
