The first time I rang to book my car in I was not offered any options that would make it easier to book my car in and I had to cancel this appointment. When I rang back, this month, Cheryl Black was extremely helpful, arranging a courtesy car for me. Because I work in a school it’s difficult for me to bring my car in other than in school holidays, so a courtesy car enabled me to bring my car in during term time. Also I was told I couldn’t wait for my car in a waiting area yet there were people waiting when I brought my car in. This would also be an option for me as I don’t live near benfield road. I bring my car to your garage as I feel confident in the service you provide but would appreciate all options to enable me to do that.
