Gary was the consummate professional, everything we discussed was delivered upon. We viewed 2 second hand cars and both were almost like new, your stock was of the highest quality. We would not hesitate to buy from you again

I would like to single out a particular member of staff - Josh Slater.. He approached in a courteous and professional way- not in the usual "pushy" way. His customer service from start to finish was superb from my initial contact through to the completion of the sale. I was introduced to the sales manager and service manager- sorry I cannot remember their names and they were very customer focused and helpful.

Sales team are excellent, Service and repairs are another thing! Took my car in for repair, the mechanic took it home for the weekend and drove it over 110 miles!!! Disconnected the dash cam so we dont know where it had been. The response from the Service manager was pitiful. bet you dont publish this one!

I have only been driving about a year and had bought a cheap car outright so I went in to this with no experience of financing cars at all. I rang up saying I would consider new cars but mainly wanted a used one. The sales guy was nice but I think he overestimated my understanding and I ended up in a position where I was really confused about the numbers and felt I was agreeing to a new car I couldn't afford. The numbers seemed to keep going up and they got more confusing. In particular there was a £500 delivery fee on the agreement that I hadn't been told about. I was told I wouldn't pay this but could clearly see it was totalled in to the amount. It turns out this is something that is included in the base price of the car but broken down on the agreement. Scott didn't explain that to me and just kept saying I wasn't going to pay it, then when I kept querying it he seemed to get more frustrated and the last email I got from him was in block capitals. I rang the dealership very upset, stressed and confused. Steven Singh took the call and from the moment he did my experience was fantastic. Steven was really nice and reassuing, he told me to come in to the dealership as I was struggling to understand things via email and phone. He went though every detail with me in a way I could understand and was extremely patientwith me. I had to ask loads of questions and asked him to repeat lots of things too, and he didn't seem at all frustrated by this. He showed me all the numbers for the new car and I could clearly see then that I couldn't really afford it. Steven then went through all the numbers for a used (2019) Dacia Sandero Comfort and I fell in love with that car. It was much more affordable for me and had some great features that weren't on the new essential one. He must of spent about an hour and a half with me that day and I came out of the dealership feeling relaxed and excited about my new car. I didn't once feel like Steven was trying to push me in to something I couldn't afford to get more commision. I am not the brightest with cars and financial agreements but steven didn't make me feel stupid once. He was so patient and explained every detail to me, which was exactly what I needed. The car was in newcastle and it didn't end up arriving until Monday, which was the day I was meant to pick it up, so Steven called to advise it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I was a bit dissapointed about this and asked if I could drop my old car off that day anyway as I didn't want to mess about with insurance all day again. When I arrived after work, Steven had managed to get the car ready for me. He obviously knew I was dissapointed and went out of his way to rectify it. He went through some more things with me, helped me tax my car and then helped me with some features such as adjusting my seat. I was going to leave the car all together, until Steven single handedly restored my trust. Thank you Steven it is much appreicated.

Really excellent experience. Gary helped me through the process and explained each step in detail in order for me to make an informed choice when purchasing the car. Communication was great throughout.
