Mark Smith was very helpful and utterly professional. His phone call telling us that a bi-fuel Dacia had become available was most welcome and we bought the car. There has been a hiccup with linking our phones with Apple CarPlay but that has been booked in to be fixed at a mutually convenient time. So far so good.

Scott Willocs who take care about me, is really amazing and he is a wizard, because he offered me a car which I even never dream about. He do everything to make that car into my financial target, so now I can ENJOY MY NEW RENAULT ARKANA !!!! :)
