The online reservations system allowed two people to place a deposit on the same car, but the sales advisor I spoke to never tried to pass the buck or blame someone else. Simply apologised and gave a solution to move forward. When I decided on another car due to this, my deposit was refunded quickly and without fuss. I also appreciated that I wasn’t badgered by constant calls asking me to reconsider, or pushy communication especially after the first buyer fell through. Polite, respectful, & very prompt and efficient.
