I liked the way the company were easy to deal with and not too pushy. I guess the 4/5 is because I’m not sure I got a strait answer on my question.

A very friendly and informative visit no pressure sales tactics. Salesman Jacob Tindall went out of his way to help and give advice, it was just unfortunate that my heart ruled my head. After thinking about it over the weekend I realised it was just to bigger stretch for my finances. But no reflection on Jacob he was a perfect gentleman. I am just sorry to have caused him and Lookers Ford Braintree inconvenience.

It would make life a lot easier if prices were displayed on the vehicles, it is very fiddly to keep using QR code and discriminates against anyone that does not have modern technology.
