the thing that i liked about Jacob the salesperson he let myself and my wife look around the vehicle without standing over our shoulders as many salespeople do.he allowed me time to take the car for a test drive on our own which the last time i purchased at lookers chelmsford the salesperson came with us.once we decided that we would like to purchase the car Jacob sat down with us talked us through the finance and all the other details we set a date to collect and on collection day paid what i needed to pay filled out appropriate paperwork handed over my part exchange vehicle Jacob handed me the keys to my new ford kuga happy days.big thanks to Jacob at Braintree branch.
