Because it was simple, clear & easy to use It was easy to book my appointment online. When I arrived parking was easy. Alice Logan who served me was friendly, polite & welcoming. Although there was some error with online booking, she went out of her way to resolve the issue. She ensured that I got the best deal available to me. She definitely made me feel that I would go back to Ford Braintree if I needed anything else. It is such a shame that Ford stopped building Fiestas. I will need to change my car soon & would've welcomed the chance to continue dealing with this branch.

made an enquiry via your website and got very quickly an answer. As we would had to travel for over 3 hours, we asked more question regarding a sale which were also answerd in a professional way. My wife wanted the car because of the Model (Fiesta Titanium X) and colour (ruby red) but we found the same car nearer to us hence we bought it from them.
