I think the double investigation fee for relatively minor problems is exorbitant. I also think you should update your website, where it offers a 'collect and deliver' service which you no longer provide.

Quick and easy It's nice to be able to come and wait for my appointment. Its quick and booking was easy. It was a shame that the equipment was broken so that I could not have my complimentary car wash but understandable. It would be nice to be offered a drink as an extra touch, there was a coffee machine but it was behind staff desks and its not clear whether we can use it.
