It was a simple software upgrade but I took the vehicle in at 845am and it was ready by 10am despite initial comments that they would ring me when it was ready (anytime up to 5pm) I explained I came from another town and would be waiting so they accommodated me

Couldn't get my Ford vehicle in anywhere, finally booked in to Lookers at Braintree. Excellent service, Excellent communication skills, repaired the same day. Would thoroughly recommend this dealership. Got the vehicle into the workshop as planned, Updated me straight away of the fault with the vehicle and had it repaired by the end of the day. Excellent service, will be using this dealer again. Well done all.
