Courteous staff both on the phone when I made the appointment and in store. Deducting one star for two reasons: 1) invitation to spend £250 on new front tyre as "advisory" when it is really not required yet. I suspect this is automatically done. 2) While car looked lovely outside and in - an unexpected bonus - the boot was not hoovered for some reason.
