Ricky was really good! Helped me sort out everything, any questions I had were answered and he even made sure the car was fully sorted. Even the smallest marks that I may not have been bothered about he made sure everything was clean and fresh!

Handy to check in on line and add notes. Not sure how much time it saved as repeated information on day All staff efficient and friendly. I was kept well informed. I was grateful for opportunity to change appointment after a family emergency.

I find it annoying that you quote a price for the service but then ask if I want the brake fluid changed as it is needed- surely this is a service requirement( that I understand is based on timing not mieage). It would be helpful if it were included in the pricing.

changed my booking and this wasn't done correctly. Luckily I noticed the wrong date and rang the service number where it was sorted out. Friendly and professionally booked in for our service. Everything explained clearly.
