Barry Rudkin has been very helpful from the start, kept me informed through the process and when collecting the vehicle he immediately informed me of a blemish which was resolved before we got to the vehicle. A few minor flaws that i have found are going to be addressed once they have seen them, Barry helped with some settings over the phone, excellant. The real issue is with the ford manuals, they are very confusing and in my opinion need a radical re-think on how they are constructed. So on one page it says use sync to set only the drivers door to unlock, the setting does not exist. Then on another page it says use the key fob buttons which does work. This is repeated through the manual for various settings, also info on location of items is incorrect and i am dubious about the info of where to place the warning triangle etc. If anyone would like to talk to me about this experience i would be willing to do so. Finally, my previous vehicles documentation ( 2012 Grand C max titanium X 163 ps powershift 2.0 ltr diesel)with lots of extras was very clear and easy to navigate.

See reply to Question 5 above ------- 'No' because I had a Plan on my existing vehicle and I knew from previous experience that this could be transferred quite smoothly when collecting my new car - and it was.
