We initially purchased the car from Braintree but with the closure of the branch communication was very poor. Once it was passed to chelmsford communications improved thanks to Barry who apologised for all that had gone on before he took over.Barry made us feel welcome and gave us great customer service .

I have always hated dealing with Lookers and consider it a necessary evil. There have been countless screw ups and sets of misinformation from the Braintree Lookers over the years. They even lost the keys to my car after a service once. Unbelievable. However, Liam and especially Jay Peddar made this time round perfectly efficient and easy, and did not attempt to be pushy or overly sales-y, whilst also making my options clear to me.

Barry Rudkin has maintained regular communication with me since ordering early in 2022 in order to keep me updated on progress and is always impeccably courteous and helpful. I have felt valued and respected at every stage. Very happy with both the new car so far and the complete experience with Lookers. The wider Ford organisation needs to join the dots internally - even after ordering I still received lots of communications from Ford (not Lookers) asking me to consider options etc when I had already decided and committed. Seems a waste of paper to send letters on this basis! But other than that quibble with Ford, I am a very happy customer.
