Just to say that Barry Rudkin who we have always had dealings with at Braintree but who is now at Chelmsford has once again given us a professional service. He is always helpful & provides great communication. He & Emma Glazier were a dynamic duo in helping us with our new cars. Have no hesitation in coming back again

From the moment I ordered my Motability car in December 2021 Barry Rudkin kept me updated regarding the car. Unfortunately, the car was delayed, like many cars due to the conflict in Ukraine, and this meant the car wasn't ready until nearly a year later. Barry called every few weeks to keep me updated which I really appreciated, and he reassured me that even though I was due to hand back the current Motability car I could keep it until the new car was ready which was a huge relief as this is the only way I can get around. This is my third Motability car that I have bought through Lookers Ford and with Barry. I find him very knowledgeable with the Motability cars and really listens to what I need from my car as I need to have a hoist put in the boot for my scooter and he always organises this for me. I would highly recommend Barry Rudkin to anyone thinking of buying a car for Motability reasons or just a straightforward purchase. I've had my new car for 4 days now and he called today just to ask if everything is ok with the car and if there were any problems of which there were none. I will be going back to Lookers Ford in 5yrs when I have to swap cars and I hope Barry is still there to help me.
