I was very disappointed that after waiting a year for the car that I had ordered to find out that it had not been built to my specification (i.e. as a manual rather than an automatic). Another car was found for me to buy albeit a different colour, a different specification and more expensive. Barry Rudkin at Braintree Lookers was, as always, helpful.
