I used the online check in service but it saved no time as the girl on the desk went through everything with me in person. To be honest, I prefer to deal with a person. Would have given 5 stars but the only thing that let's the service down is that when you call the service desk for Ann update & they go to put you through to the workshop, no-one answers the phone. This happened to me 3 times.
