Customer service was excellent, communicated with me very well regarding what needed to be done and at what stages my car was in whilst waiting. Even though I had booked in for a 'wait' appointment, service was fast and was only there for approx. 90-100 mins. Improved experience compared to another local ford service centre.

I used the online check in service but it saved no time as the girl on the desk went through everything with me in person. To be honest, I prefer to deal with a person.Would have given 5 stars but the only thing that let's the service down is that when you call the service desk for Ann update & they go to put you through to the workshop, no-one answers the phone. This happened to me 3 times.
