Generally good but on booking was told I could not wait whilst the recall work was carried out so I booked a courtesy car. On dropping my car off I was asked if I wanted to wait as it was a quick job! Unfortunately I had made an appointment in Colchester that morning so couldn’t then wait. Cost me £18 for car insurance so not happy. Also the software update has altered settings on my vehicle.Very good experience of the dealership.

Jacob was extremely helpful in discussing the car options, enabling me to reserve and have it ready for the test drive. I enjoyed talking to him whilst we setup the test drive and he was excellent in showing me around the car before I took off. Although the car wasn't right for me on this occasion, I'd highly recommend him and would visit the dealer again to see him should another car come up. Shame it didn't turn into a sale for him as he was extremely helpful.

really good system however it the completion progress was not updated properly. before I went to collect my vehicle it still said it was in the workshop so I had to call up and check with a member of the teamgood customer service, no problems at all throughout the whole experience
