The online services seemed to work well, but I don't like to do everything 'online'. I like to communicate with a person and therefore have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss things on a wider basis.Was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Very efficient, I took my car in the night before and got a phone call to say my car had passed the MOT by about 9am and was just having its service. I was able to pick it up by lunchtime, it having been beautifully cleaned inside and out.

Could not select all the activities I wanted. I wanted service and MOT and it would only allow one to be selected. I also wanted to select the day for the work to be carried out and this too was not possible.All the work completed appropriately and returned with a clean car.
