Easy drop off and pick up - kept informed of what was happening and call to check ok with brake fluid change before works carried out. Service not on my Ford Pass app yet but hopefully will be updated soon

Because it was simple, clear & easy to useIt was easy to book my appointment online. When I arrived parking was easy. Alice Logan who served me was friendly, polite & welcoming. Although there was some error with online booking, she went out of her way to resolve the issue. She ensured that I got the best deal available to me. She definitely made me feel that I would go back to Ford Braintree if I needed anything else. It is such a shame that Ford stopped building Fiestas. I will need to change my car soon & would've welcomed the chance to continue dealing with this branch.
