Ricky was helpful and honest with me I would definitely buy from him again. The only reason you don’t have 5 stars above is because I was expecting a email on the Monday and I had to chase this up. It wasn’t the end of the world but just to let me know that you hadn’t got the information required would have been excellent communication and a 5 star rating.

Once Barry took over dealing with my new car at Chelmsford, everything has been great! Barry has provided me with up to date information on my car and kept me informed throughout. On the day I collected my car, he was very helpful with signing all the documents and setting me up with the new features in the car. Thank you

I would just like to say that Ollie and Ethan were very helpful, patient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and made buying a new car a very enjoyable experience . 5 stars for both of them. Decent hot chocolate too. We are loving our new car!! 😁

I have been a customer of Ford for over 10 years. The reason for this is how lm treated by the staff. The Team are always on point and can’t do enough to make sure l get what l want with the best deal possible. Everyone has had to wait longer for their new cars due to COVID, but the Braintree and now Chelmsford branch have been truly amazing. They kept me informed with regular updates and the whole process has been seamless. My new Puma ST is incredible, one of the best cars I’ve driven. Thanks to everyone for always providing a great service, a great product, with great people, and fabulous results.
