My only issue was the 8 month wait until I received my new car.

Very satisfied with my experience.Shame I had to wait so long to take delivery, but I realise it was out of your control.Really pleased with my new Focus .

Impressed with the professionalism of Ethan the salesman who listened to my requirements, arranged test drives etc., but was not over pushy despite at all times trying to sell a vehicle. (There are dealerships I would not set foot in after experiencing aggressive sales methods).I did not purchase as although the vehicles were a good drive I found the seating did not meet the requirements of my suspect back.If you are in the market for a vehicle I would have no hesitation in recommending that you give Lookers Braintree a try.

Barry kept me informed through out this process which I found useful and helpful, all the staff at Braintree Lookers make you feel welcome when visiting, well done.

Maybe a customer service hub for collection of customer emails to help aid the sales team , any answer is better than no answer . But great service under the labour issues

I was very disappointed that after waiting a year for the car that I had ordered to find out that it had not been built to my specification (i.e. as a manual rather than an automatic). Another car was found for me to buy albeit a different colour, a different specification and more expensive.Barry Rudkin at Braintree Lookers was, as always, helpful.
