I went to the dealership as I was very close to them when I discovered a flat type. I arrived with no appointment explained the situation and was prepared to wait while they found time to look at the problem. I gave them my service plan details and within an hour they had replaced my tyre and I was back on the road. while waiting I was offered coffee and was well looked after

The only let down was the length of time I had to wait for the car (10 months) which wasn’t the dealers fault it was nationwide chip problem, how ever I was regularly updated

Absolutely outstanding service from Matthew Coldwell (Braintree) I explained that I only had 5 days to purchase a new car and be back in the driving seat after my car was stolen, he was exceptionally helpful, not at all pushy, listened to my request and needs and pulled out all the stops to ensure I was safely back in a vehicle within my time period. I browsed at my leisure for a car that was in stock and once I had decided he talked me through the whole process, explaining finance options and kept within my budget - on the day of collecting he went above and beyond to make sure I was in my new vehicle in plenty of time to get to work - I would go as far as to say he is an exceptional member of your team and I certainly would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
